Who is behind iPatch

iPatch was founded by Andy in 2007 through a recognition of the problems people were having with their iPods and the trouble they experienced with cowboy repairers. iPatch is a service provided by an experienced and dedicated team, who will do their absolute best to solve your iPod fault as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Now over 4 years old we have had more than 8,000 iPods through our doors and 10-12 iPhones a day!

We only use high quality, brand new, original replacement parts and not bits and bobs from refurbished or second hand iPods bought off eBay. iPatch believe we offer an unrivalled personal service in terms of keeping you in the loop and informed on how your repair is going at all times. As iPatch only specialises in iPods and iPhones, you know you get experience and dedication as part of the service

On Februaury 11th 2010, iPatch opened up its first retail store in Leeds' City Centre. This enabled iPatch to carry out on the spot repairs, especially to iPhones and added to customers reassurance in iPatch as a reputable repair service. iPatch has an aim to open more stores in the major cities as soon as possible. The shop also gave customers the chance to pop down and have an informal chat about any related problems they may be having with apple products and to receive general, independent advice
