Original parts are critical to a quality repair and to keep your device functioning correctly. At iPatch we only fit original parts where available. You can rest assured knowing you're receiving the best quality parts and service.

We code our displays to ensure you don't loose any functionality, such as Auto-Brightness and True Tone.

iPad's have frame seals which bond the display to the housing, these seals have to be broken to open up your device. Any seal we break is replaced on re-assembly, this maintains water resistance and keeps dust out.

It's not just our parts that are original, we aim to repair your device to the same standard as it left the factory. This means every screw, every shield plate and any seals are put back or replaced if they are missing.

We aim to complete most iPad repairs in less than 1 hour, with or without an appointment. Some repairs do take longer to complete, such as lightning connector changes and liquid damage inspections. However these shouldn't take more than a few hours.

Mail in repairs are completed and return posted the same day we recieve them. This means our turnaround time is usually 48 hours.

We like to keep things simple, see how we process your repair.


1. Choose your repair option

We accept drop off or mail in repairs. We don't require bookings or appointments for drop off repairs, however if you'd like to save 5% on your repair you can book online. Mail in repairs require a booking.

2. Diagnosis

Once we recieve your device, we'll quickly diagnose or confirm the fault you have chosen. We'll then contact you to confirm the quote for repair.


3. Repair

If you're happy with the quote we'll then proceed with the repair. If not you can collect your device with no inspection fee. If your device needs posting back there will just be a charge to cover return postage.

4. Return

Finally, once your repair has been completed we'll fully test your device to ensure your problem has been solved.

We'll then contact you to let you know your device is ready to collect. Or if you've mailed your device in we'll return your device with a secure delivery service usually the same day.
